Meaning of
The Rigid Cardboard Box

A rigid box is a type of packaging that is made from a strong type of recycled paper called chipboard. The term "rigid" refers to the fact that the box has a rigid structure that gives it strength and durability. The rigid cardboard box comes already assembled and does not require any additional assembly. This is in contrast to a folding box, which is usually assembled

Rigid Box Design

The design of the rigid cardboard box is generally a lower tray and an upper piece that acts as a lid. It can also be a sliding type with a drawer construction. A rigid box with a lid makes it easy to open and close, given its rigid structure and the lack of flaps.

The lid may be hinged, but most must be completely removed before the contents of the box can be accessed. On some types of boxes, the lid is attached with magnets or other clasps to keep it securely in place.

  • A rigid cardboard box provides a high level of protection. This is because these boxes are very strong and can support a lot of weight without collapsing.

  • Rigid cardboard is also very versatile. That means you can use it to package a wide variety of products.

  • Rigid boxes are also easy to store due to their robust construction. You can stack them on top of each other without collapsing.

  • Made from recycled paper, the rigid box material is eco-friendly and these boxes can be recycled and reused.
